Left Field NYC accepts returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please ensure all original tags remain attached to be eligible for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the Return Authorization number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Send your package via a trackable shipping service to our Brooklyn warehouse; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• 4.
  Wait for Processing

  Once received and inspected for quality, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
